The Brook House Vermont is set back in the trees and unbelievably cozy. It's a place to reconnect while listening to the brook. To enjoy big meals, conversations, and games by the fireplace. To bask in the sun or do yoga on the deck, or gaze into dark, starry skies from the hot tub and fire pit at night. There's skiing mins away at Mount Snow, swimming at Harriman Reservoir, as well as hiking, golf, mountain biking, antiquing, breweries, and some of the best food VT has to offer!

Nestled in the Dover Hills, it is the perfect four-season getaway. Enjoy your stay! * Primary renter must be 25 or older. * Please send us a message if you’d like to bring your dog: Well-behaved dogs are welcomed, by request, with a $125 fee per pet. * A maximum of 8 guests are allowed in the home. WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY: The owners urge all guests to use The Brook House facilities and its grounds in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of stairs, grounds, lofts and appliances are done at the guests sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to guest for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds.
